日本語しか話せず困った客である私に、スタッフ全員が丁寧に笑顔でリラックス出来るように一生懸命対応してくれました。<br>設備も日本では考えられないくらい豪華で綺麗で、素晴らしいです。<br>マッサージ嬢の選択は写真選択で、写真のままの凄い美人で可愛い子が出てきました。<br>言葉は私のせいで通じないけど、それでも一生懸命楽しませようとしてくれるとても良い子。<br>とにかく気分良くなれたお店でした。

Price is about 50% above average, but the japanese massage is normal, nothing outstanding. I tried 3 girls, two from the « special » category and one from « normal ».<br><br>Staff: 5/5<br>Ambiance : 5/5<br>Japanese Massage: 3/5<br><br>The only different from this spa is that the « special » girls they will look really good, but the service is so so. I went to this spa because my friend said it would be the best in Hanoi and the massage therapist were really extrovert and enthusiastic, but all the girls I had massage with were really shy, and all 3 times I requested a girl that was not shy. They all speak 0 English (there are two that speak English but they werent available)<br><br>Conclusion: just go to this spa if the looks of the massage therapist are excessively important for you. But in Saigon and phu quoc there is a spa called Dubai Luxury where you can also find super pretty massage therapist for half the price almost. In Hanoi the best japanese massage I had was at a place called “massage nuru” at street nguyen khang. The girls are not as pretty as j spa but its almost half the price of j spa and the massage is amazing. J spa wont be an “unforgettable” experience just because you are paying more, unfortunately.<br><br>By the way, if you want normal massage (not Japanese) you should go to a place called sen tài thu. Its 510k 90 minutes and you even get food after. It was the best massage I ever good in Asia, and surprisingly the cheapest too!
